Warranty:

  • Tufwud Doors offers a 1-year warranty on all of its doors against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers any defects in the materials or construction of the door that cause it to fail prematurely

    What we do not Promise: The following are some exclusions to the Tufwud Door’s 1-year warranty

    • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
    • Damage caused by natural disasters or other acts of God
    • Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance
    • Damage caused by alterations or modifications made to the door without the prior written consent of Tufwud Doors

    Payment Policy: Tufwud Doors requires a 50% advance payment for all orders. This advance payment is used to cover the cost of materials and labor to begin production of the doors. The remaining 50% payment is due upon completion of the doors and prior to delivery.
